Shipping Policy

Our goal is to provide you with the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to dozens of customers around the world, ensuring that we provide you with the highest level of responsiveness at all times.

Delivery times

Your purchases come from all over the world. Therefore, they may be shipped from different locations and/or arrive at your door in multiple packages.

The order delivery time frame is divided into two parts:

Processing time: order review, cutting, quality control and packing. All orders are forwarded to the manufacturer for shipment within 6 hours of order placement. The manufacturer processes the orders, which takes an additional 1-2 days.

Shipping Time: This refers to the time it takes to ship the items from our warehouse to the destination. International shipping usually takes about 10-15 business days.

Tracking & Notifications

We will send you email notifications with estimated delivery dates for each phase of each shipment on your order. Once the shipment leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with final tracking information. You can also check your delivery status on our Track Order page.

If an address change is made directly with your local post office, MYAH cannot be held responsible for lost or misdelivered packages. Address change requests must be made directly to MYAH through our customer service team before
