Refund Policy


Our return policy is 30 days. Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

We require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return.

Please do not return your purchase to our warehouse as we collect returns in another department.

There are certain situations where only a partial refund will be issued (if applicable)

- Items that are not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts that are not due to our error

- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase or the gift giver sent the order to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will learn of your return.


You must pay the shipping costs to return your item. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, it may take different amounts of time for the exchanged product to arrive.

If you are shipping an item for more than $75, you should use a trackable shipping carrier or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
